Paradentosis

Parodontosis, also known as periodontal disease or gum disease, is a progressive infection of the gums and supporting tissues surrounding the teeth. It is caused by bacterial plaque buildup and poor oral hygiene practices. If left untreated, parodontosis can lead to gum recession, bone loss, and eventual tooth loss. Treatment for parodontosis may include professional deep cleaning, medication, and in severe cases, surgical intervention.
